I love the angle and the framing in this pic! I like how the Old City Hall looks like it's sitting on the present City Hall, clever! The texture is wonderful, too. You have a really good eye!

The description sounds eerie, as though there was a sinister undercurrent to the present City Hall's administration. But that's just my paranoia. Probably. ;)

The photo itself is a credit to your eye for detail as the contours and composition are quite exquisite.
